Food was good ...didn't take all night to get it ...waitress Tracy was very courteous and made our experience pleasant.
We have came to Jakes 2 other times and it was great. Tonight however, was the worst experience I've had at ANY resteraunt. We waited 20 mins just for salads and an extra hour to get our food. The baked potatoes were barely warm but the BBQ was still amazing. We will never return again until something drastic changes with the service!!!
Jake's Smokehouse provided the food for our Alabama - LSU football house party. I called Kevin and told him what I was planning. He took it from there and made recommendations for the event. I told him we were expecting about 15 people and there was more than enough food leftover. The BBQ Chicken, Ribs and Pulled Pork, mac and cheese and baked beans were fantastic!! My guests were raving how good the food was. Jake's provided everything we needed and made the instructions for warming the food easy to follow. Great job!!!
