Beware. If I could give less than one star I would. This place is lucky I didn't press charges for assault. I was there with my friend and his girlfriend, having a beer and enjoying the game and happy hour. All of a sudden two bouncers came out of nowhere and accused the two of us of "touching girls". When I tried to tell them they had made a mistake I was told aggressively to "shut the **** up" and the two of us were physically ejected from the bar. Cheap and OK Atmosphere, Rude Staff – Very affordable but if you have more money go to a bar with good customer service, if not, wednesday nights are the best here $3 you call its.
A college bar at best – I've heard good things about this place so I figured that I'd give it a shot... I wanted to grab a quick drink before heading to the lower east side. These two places couldnt not have been more mismatched. When I walked in, everyone was rude ,chubby and dirty. The beer was cheap so I can't complain about that but the people there sucked and should go back to the frat house.
Great Staff! – I just threw a surprise party here and I have to say that the staff was amazing! We got a private room, open bar and a beer pong table for a very reasonable price. Our cocktail wautress was great, very fast w/ drinks and polite & our bouncer was amazing! the manager even come over & introduced himself within the first few minutes & was a great help. We all had a little too much fun. Thanks!
This place is good time! – I went here with a few friends on a Tuesday night and had a blast! The drink specials are crazy! The bar staff was friendly and very fun!- They were quite entertaining actually. The bartender bought us delicious shots because it was my friends Birthday! Horribly rude bardender – So, I came in recently for a friends birthday. I was having such a good time until I went to pay. There was some things on the bill that I was sure i didn't order. I asked the bartender about it and he went from nice and flirty all night to rude and wanted to kick me out in two seconds. I said I didn't think i had one of the items on the bill. amazing 21st birthday – I had the best night of my life, honestly. It was my 21st birthday party, and the party planners were amazingly helpful and really made my night one to remember. I held the party in the Living room, it was perfect for people who wanted to sit because there were comfy couches, they set up a beer pong table for us where we played beer pong and flip cup, and the staff was incredible. AVOID.. RUDE STAFF.. KICKED OUT FOR NOT TIPPING 20% – Do not recommend this place at all. My brother was kicked out of the bar for tipping less than 20% on the first round of drinks he bought. Mind you, these were bottled beers! First. Tipping should not be MANDATORY. Second. Good service=good tip and bad service=bad tip. the bartender was RUDE and did NOT even deserve the 10% tip my brother did give him. What a hidden treasure!!!! Pleasantly surprised!!! – I went to Jake's on a Saturday night , I was a lil skeptical .......when I walked in I was a lil nervous seeing the crowd and the masses; however, I must say I was so pleasently surprised!!!
