RecommendedI loved that they were easy to schedule, courteous and timely. The carpet has been through four pets, teenagers, and the usual traffic of a busy house. It looked and smelled great!
They did an amazing job on my carpet. My basement was pretty bad and I didn't have much hope it could be cleaned but it literally looks like new. They were prompt, professional and very courteous. I love it that they use plant based products. I will definitely use them again.

We have had our carpets cleaned by Jakes previously and loved their work. This time around we had the team clean our carpets and (2) Furnaces+Ducts, awesome job! The team is professional, honest, friendly, and cares about doing a top notch job. Highly recommend!
Jake's Carpet and Duct Cleaning are wonderful! Excellent customer service. Love the natural, plant-based products they use. They did a phenomenal job with our carpet!! They even helped us understand the expected life span of our carpet and where it's at now in that life span. They saved my husband and me from having to replace the carpet at least for the next few years!! We're glad we hired them. You won't regret it!
We had our furnace, air ducts and dryer vent cleaned today by Jarod and Derek from Jake's. We are SO impressed with the service we received, not only did they do a great job in explaining the process but were so friendly, polite and super respectful of our home. I also love the fact that the sanitizer they use is 100% green and made from the thyme plant.
