I am so heartbroken to have to write this review. I used Jake’s Carpet and Duct Cleaning (Jake’s Certified Air Duct and Carpet Cleaning) a year ago to clean my relatively new house carpet. I can say that I was satisfied and was planning on scheduling with them again until recently. I really wish I could give this company a better review as I support small business. Unfortunately, they fell short. My partner and I purchased a home in mid August and had some work done to it to take it out of the 80's. One big project being having all the popcorn ceilings scraped. Jake’s Certified Air Duct & Carpet Cleaning is an amazing company with amazing people. From the moment they step foot in your house until they leave, you will get the 5 star treatment. They cleaned my carpets and have not been cleaned that well by any other company. They have my business for life!

They did a terrible job of cleaning the heavily trafficked areas and I told them there is a lot of fur on the carpet and I would like them to rake the carpet. They did not do this very well at all and then they pushed to up sell me on having more rooms cleaned than I had planned. Will not use them again!
Whenever possible I like to support local, small businesses. Jake’s came out today to clean our carpets and air ducts. They were on time, professional, used bio based products and did a fantastic job. All for a reasonable price compared to other quotes I received. I highly recommend this company!
To start off I hardly ever write reviews but I’m blown away by these guys! Jake and his team are hands down AMAZING! All my air ducts are cleaned, the carpets look and smell amazing, they did all of my tile, kitchen counters, and the grout cleaning, and brought over their Bona machine for my hardwood floors (this is a must for anyone who has hardwood).
