Came from NYC to visit a friend and she suggested we come here! Boy am I glad we did! I ordered "The Downtown" and a side of French toast, cup of delicious coffee and shared a sticky bun with my friend! Everything was nice, hot and fresh! Their homefries are some of the best I had! Service was great and so was the atmosphere! Five stars!
I love Jake's for breakfast/brunch. Also I wouldn't be alive if Jake's hadn't been around in the 1980s (different owners I know, but still). My mother was a waitress there who met my father while serving him coffee on a daily basis. Thanks Jake's!
I had the beans and jalapeño cornbread topped with egg!! Delicious!! I would highly recommend to anyone!
The only bad thing about Jake's is the wait! Its always busy.
