Yesterday I needed plumbing help at my rental property. I called 3 plumbers. Jake the plumber called back right away and was able to send Stu out that afternoon. Stu was on-time, professional, and very willing to help. I had a laundry list of things to do and within 2 hours, I was back in business. We had plumbing issues on NYE and could not get a plumber out. If only we had known about Jake the Plumber! Two days later I was given a recommendation for Jake the Plumber. They came out immediately and provided great service. Two weeks later Jake came out after we had another plumbing emergency. He was friendly, timely, knowledgeable, affordable, and gave us ideas for how to prevent further problems. I'm glad to finally have a plumber I can call for all my plumbing needs. I will be recommending him to all my friends!
Our experience with Jake was great! He worked on both our kitchen and bathroom plumbing systems.He went over and beyond by fixing the bath drain (in addition to the leaky faucet) and sprayer in the kitchen sink (in addition to fixing the kitchen piping). He also secured the wobbly sink in our bathroom--great attention to detail. Also, because he missed an appointment with us earlier in the week, he waived the trip charge for the subsequent appointment. That shows a lot of integrity.
