Unfortunately, Jake the Plumber doesn't know how to handle his momentary feelings of impatience like an adult when sharing the road with legally-riding cyclists. Under such circumstances, he likes to threaten to "stomp their heads" - which constitutes 2nd-degree assault under Minnesota law. Disrespectful and unkind on the roadways, particularly with vulnerable road users.
Think twice about using this plumbing service - the owner screamed at and threatened my friend (while driving his company vehicle, no less). I wouldn’t want someone so emotionally unbalanced in my house, and I wouldn’t hire someone who doesn’t drive safely.
New replacement of 50 gallon water heater. Workmen arrived as scheduled and did a great job removing our old Kenmore water heater and installing the new one. The location of the unit was moved per our request as part of the process and the unit was hooked up and started/tested with no problems. Workmen were wonderful, knowledgeable and efficient. Just had Jake The Plumber and his professional, talented crew install a water heater in my 140 year old home with challenging plumbing obstacles everywhere. They showed up on time, got the work done right, and you can't ask for more than that. 5/5 for sure.
Fast, courteous service and on-time!! I was able to text pictures of my fixture so they could order the correct parts before they visited. Saved a lot of time and money!! Tim was very knowledgable, and got the job done quickly. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
From the time I got in touch with them the staff was genuine and answered my questions. I got Stu & Brandon to come to my house and put in a new water heater, couldn't have asked for 2 better guys. Nice, clean work and they made sure I was happy before they left. Definitely reccomend!
