Dr. Jake McKay has been the best neurologist that I have ever been to. He is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to. He explains everything in detail and in a way that you can understand.
Been calling for over a week to get prescription filled for my son & they will NOT do it!!!!!!! Most incompetent office & nurses I've ever dealt with!!! We don't even know the new doctor because they will not schedule a visit to see him! Looking for a whole new office & doctor now. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!! Erlanger should be ashamed for having such incompetent people working in a doctors office!!
Dr.Mckay is great but his staff however will not return phone calls. We have left multiple messages for the nurse with no response. We had to drive to the office twice from Rising fawn just to get answers. Very disappointed.
