My options were clearly outlined and explained to me. Dr. Alvarez was straight forward and to the point. Holly in surgical scheduling was extremely helpful in getting my lab work set up to accommodate my time due to living 80 miles away.
My experience has been excellent. Dr. Alvarez shows concern about all aspects of my issues and is able to resolve them. My surgery and care went very well with no problems. Dr. Alvarez and his staff always takes great care of me.

PERFECT SURGERY RESULTS!! TOTALLY PAIN FREE UPON WAKING IN RECOVERY ROOM. NO MORE SCIATICA. DR.ALVAREZ PERFECTLY COMMUNICATED BEFORE AND AFTER THE PROCEDURE. THE OFFICE STAFF COULD NOT POSSIBLY BE MORE EFFICIENT OR ACCOMMODATING. HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE TOTALLY SMOOTH WITH EXEMPLARY CARE. NURSING STAFF RESPONDED TO THE 'BUTTON' WITHIN 1-2 MINUTES. EVEN THE FOOD WAS GOOD. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE ENTIRE SYSTEM. THANK YOU. NO MORE SCIATICA!!!
