I am very pleased with the professional treatment by Dr. Alvarez and the complete attending staff. Dr. Alvarez saved my life I was almost paralyzed and he did two implants C5-6 and C6-7, my surgery was successful. The doctor diagnosed my symptoms and explained every detail to me so I understood what to expect before and after my surgery. They answered all of my questions. I put my full faith and trust in Dr. Alvarez and highly recommend him and his staff.
I have a long history of back issues since 2000. 2001 first disk shaved down L3-4 never got full relief due to a spondy L 5 -s1 i was fussed in 2009 in Ny ended up with scare tissue so was never right.. also stenosis started getting worse lived on pain management. moved to Fl found pain guy... he sent me to 2 nuros. both said i was bad but lose 50 pounds. got to the point i could barley walk with a cane i found Dr Alvarez. i am just shy of 2 weeks post op and walking This is you guy.

When you are having someone operate on your spine you want someone like Dr. Alvarez to do the operation as he answers all the questions with common sense answers. During the office visits and the visits in the hospital he was very professional and I'm completely satisfied with the results as the pain I had for several months has completely gone away.
Dr. Alvarez and his staff are very professional and kind. He performed my lower back surgery in April 2018, implanting a rod and screws, and I started back to work mid September 2018 after not working for 2 yrs.; I am forever grateful.
Ddr Alvarez was amazing, His staff was helpful and made me comfortable even when pain levels were extreme prior to my surgery. i have had zero pain since the surgery Thank you Doc
Dr. Alvarez was the only doctor who believed he could fix me. I waited 13 years to be fixed, the doctor was amazing and so is the staff at the office and hospital
My experience could not have been better. Everyone went above and beyond.
So far we've seen Dr. Alvarez twice and both times he was incredibly informative as was his P.A. Couldn't have asked for a more thorough exam and conversation. Praying the surgery goes well
