Typical slime balls. I live out of state and worked on the phone with one of their salesmen, Jakiry Beck miller. I agreed to pay full asking price for the Jaguar E Pace I wanted, gave them a $500 deposit on my credit card to seal the deal, and all the information for the title work. After all that I then get a text message from the salesman (see attached) that shows the total cost of the car. Base price $37,319.00 and then the next line PROCESSING FEE $999. I wanted to like this dealership, but the customer service in Service Parts, and Sales are pretty bad. Everyone is very nice, but the communication is awful. I ordered a tire lug key that was supposed to be in in 3-5 business days that ended up taking over a month to get. The parts manager took multiple calls to get in touch with, and I could tell that the part had not actually been ordered when purchased when I spoke with him. Sam Orton and Charisse Glans were a pleasure to deal with. Sam was very responsive to my questions, very friendly, and made the experience pleasurable. Also, he’s a very knowledgeable car guy which made conversation all the more enjoyable. Overall an A+ buying experience and highly recommended.
