I dont know where to begin, but the buying process of my Jaguar. I purchased it in November 2022 I paid a little over $25,000 for it. Tried trading it in 6 months after purchasing the vehicle to you guys just to see the value, turns out you guys were only wanting to buy it for just $14,000. In Feb 2021 I finally able to buy my dream car, my Jaguar 2017 XE. I bought from a dealer other than Jaguar in South Orlando, I start having issues with this car since July 2021. I went to Jaguar dealer under my warranty to report the radio module was acting up. The screen was having issues, like delay since then. In October 2022 I was driving, and I parked my car for a quick stop, and 5 minutes later when I started the ignition, the car media system shut down completely. <p>Louis ****** our service manager met with Ms. ******* and had her radio and infotainment system working again. </p> <p>He also explained to her that if it continues to have issues it might need to be replaced and quoted her what it would cost. </p> <p>He requested that she contact him directly if she was still having issues. We have not heard from her since.</p>
