Worst customer service I have experienced. Bought tires 10 months ago with alignment...$1400, I just noticed both interior portions of both front tires are completely bald. When I called service I was told it HAD to be my fault and they would take no ownership of the alignment. Also told by another jaguar dealer that replaced the fronts for $700, that they could see no way something I did would cause that specific problem.
