Susan Fox in the service department does an excellent job! She immediately brought me up to speed on my service issue and made the repair as seamless as possible. Because they had to keep the vehicle overnight, Jag PB provided me a loaner vehicle at no cost so as to accommodate me. Terrific people to deal with... a first-class experience all the way.
My experience has been fabulous! Since my husband purchased this FPace from here, we have nothing but great experiences. I know we purchased one of the first Fpace in 2017 . But any issues I have had, my Service advisor, Susan Fox has been perfect. She would get me in as soon as the day of or the next day.
