Prompt service, great waiting area with a super lunch (homemade soups!), and all work done on time at a reasonable price.
My two year old F-Type was having some issues with the electronics, so I took it to Jaguar-Merritt Island. Ashley took charge, gave us a new Jag Sedan to drive home (80 miles) and almost every day called to give me a progress report. A few days later, I picked-up my F-Type and was extremely impressed with the quality of the work and the outcome; felt like a new car again. Thank you, Ashley and the rest of the team.
I was charged $135.00 to installed four lock nuts..I was completely shocked and disappointed to know I was been charged..I purchased the lock nut through there dealership and they still charged me.. This have never happened before and this is my second jaguar!!! I called two other's local dealship and ask how much they charge to install lock nut they said No charge!!!! I know were to take my car for services next time.....I'm still in shock!!!!!
