This dealership's service is truly beyond any experience I have had with any other company. They continue to amaze me. Ashli did a great job. There was no charge for a troubling issue that was solved. And, on top of it all, during this Covid-19 period, they delivered the car, clean as a whistle, with gloved attendants to my residence.
The customer care is outstanding. My husband is always raving about the service he gets.
Wonderful facility that provides for your every need - who would think a barber/beauty shop visit while your service is performed? Most importantly all of the Merritt Island team and Ashli in particular, are professional, personable and truly client focused.

After owning 3 Jaguars, I bought my 4th one at Jag Merrit Island and was overjoyed, until I took it in for service. This service dept is the worst I have ever seen or dealt with in my 20+ years owning jaguars, and is really making me rethink my loyalty to jaguar when its time for a new one. I'm beginning to think management doesnt even care once the car has been sold.

Yes we had a terrific experience with the Jaguar service department. Ashli Ashley was terrific as she always has been since we have been going to Jaguar the last five years. I would recommend a jaguar service department to anyone who asked me.
