My service advisor(Adam Bouchard)was on point in every way and totally professional. I did not meet my service technican, (Anthony Hernandez) but he has my vehicle together. Every employee greeted me and it felt earnest.
I am Sharing this link and advertisement only to SUGGEST that You DO NOT Do business with Either of the Jaguar/ Land Rover Dealerships Owned by the Elder Automotive Group. Their Service Dept and Loaner Vehicles is the WORST I have Ever Experienced. The Service Manager Keith at Lakeside leaves me the impression that he has to personally pay for the vehicles he loans out and when you have a complaint he is the only one to go to. William was awesome, very attentive and caring, he really took care of me. This is my 3rd jaguar and they keep getting better and better, wouldn't trade it for nothing. I recommend jaguar land rover Lakeside fit purchasing your next vehicle.
