Horrible experience over in service. Both front corners of the bumper is cracked and the dealer does not want to take ownership of it. Service Manager told me he would call back after his trip, it has been over 3 weeks. The dealer advise that the front bumper would need to be taken off for the a/c compressor replacement, after I spotted the cracks and showed the dealer, they changed their story around. Would not recommend getting your vehicle service here.
I had a horrible experience and would not recommend this location to anyone. My sister purchased a vehicle for me and within 30 days the brakes were worn. No one would assist with our needs. It was too much back and forth bringing the truck back. Gas is $5 a gallon, appoints are scarce (understandable), and we aren’t being compensated for the time nor gas and the issue(s) still hasn’t been rectified.

One of the best car buying experiences we have had. Matt Hinkley was great! He made our trade-in easy and explained all options for our 2019 Land Rover Discovery, until we knew what we wanted to do. He answered any and all questions and was very friendly. He also took the time to go over the Discovery with us before we left the lot. Everyone we met was extremely nice; it couldn’t have gone any smoother. We look forward to coming back and working with Matt in the future.

When jaguar Land Rover of lakeside delivers your vehicle to you after service, sometimes they bring you breakfast too (since they knew you were working midnights and a double shift) thank you for the impeccable customer service and always taking the best care of me and my vehicle.
