They can't, lacking transparency and ethics. Worst place to buy any kind of automobile from them. There are reasons why car buying experience sucks, because of the dealership like Land Rover Lakeside. They made deal with me on the certain $ amount, asked me to fill credit application online( application got approved, adjust number based on the result), but never got back to me about the delivery or pick of the car. Service department awful and needs customer service revamp
Sales experience was great like it should be. First time today for service was awful I thought I was in a ford dealership. To me who’s ever managing that department needs to take a better look at what’s going on. And how the employees are with customers.
Thanks for making America Great Again!! It’s interesting but not surprising how I was invisible at your dealership. I arrived around 10:20am and parked directly in front of the entrance and the only person spoke to me was Denise. All the sales folks were huddled in one office. Great service for my 2016 XF. Adam took care of me with a loaner vehicle while the work was being performed so my day wasn't interrupted at all. Even though it was raining, they had my car cleaned and parked inside when I came to pick it up. Great service all around, definitely recommend.
We have had a bad experience with this location every time our vehicle has needed work. From scheduling a repair time ( they cancel and don't call), saying your vehicle will be picked up by a certain time and showing up 4 hours later, to not even vacuuming the interior or washing the exterior after the repair. This happened twice. The first time they apologized and said that they would take care of it the next time. Today my car was dropped off messier than they picked it up.
