My experience Jaguar Hartford dealership and in particular with Keith Bodian was both refreshing and extremely positive. It was Keith's mild mannered approach and his professionalism that won me over. I had visited the Jaguar dealership in Warwick, RI, which had some similar attractive deals on their XF models, however my wife and I were not happy with their customer service and their very aggressive sales staff...it was a complete turn-off for us.
