My service advisor, Stephaine was cordial and professional. I had a loaner for the evening and the next day we attended a matinee show. Stephaine waited until the show ended to contact me and we picked up our car and returned the loaner on our way home.
Jeff W. has been my service adviser for years . He is trustworthy and will explain in detail what should and can be done to your automobile . The service and repairs are always done in a timely manner. History shows I purchase most of my Jaguars in other counties , but I always get them serviced at Jaguar of Fort Lauderdale (Alpine )
The service manager Pete was great to do business with. My car was over due for some service which he recommended, which has made the car much more responsive.They had to keep the car a little longer so my loaner was with me a little longer without any problem.
