I brought my XF in for service yesterday and was assisted by Carmen. The entire team there is very professional and thorough, providing excellent service without trying to upsell unnecessary services. Very pleasant experience.

The 12 month service provided was quick and outstanding. My service rep, Pete Perzan, had all the paperwork ready for me before I arrived. He assured me the work would be done immediately. I waited in the customer lounge and the service was completed in about an hour.
