My Velar is picked up, I get a loaner to drive and when done, they bring my Velar back. I love the valet service, I live an hour away so it is very convenient for me. So far have had a wonderful experience with my car!

Had my oil change done here, the list of things they wanted to fix was $10,000. Even worse I have called 4 times to trade in my 04 Jaguar for a similar car and have gotten the run around. Im just going to assume since I am looking for a cheaper car they just don't give a damn. Disappointed since I was looking forward to upgrading my car through this dealership.

I went with my sister to test drive a Certified Range Rover Sport but before we did that we test drove a 2014 LR4. AMAZING ride in the LR4. The Rover Sport wasn't even close. So she ended up getting the LR4 the same day. The staff at JLRS was great. No haggling, no constant sales pitches. They just let the vehicles speak for themselves and that allowed us to come up with the many questions we asked. Great job. She loves the LR4 and I am really impressed with it. I just may get one myself.
