Today my son and I did our normal bonding thing, go new car looking. We’re big on new updates, what car is safest, more leg room, Environmental friendly and etc. So we walk in and absolutely no one greeted us. No HEYYY welcome. No hey what brings you in. NOTHING. I took my evoque there for a turbo sensor and I was told, DEFINITELY not the sensor. the turbo needs REPLACED. Cost of $5100. I took my car for a second opinion and it WAS A sensor. less than $400. Avoid thier service department at all cost

Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Took me 3 weeks to make an appointment to get my car looked at because they did not have any rental cars available (they never do) & could not find the time for a guy to come pick my car up and drop off a rental. Then the day that my car was suppose to get picked up “they forgot”- extremely unprofessional. Called back this morning to re-schedule my appointment & no ones available to talk to. We were met near the door by Andrew Reid and he was fabulous. Listening to what I was hoping to find, letting us test drive both models I was interested in. No pressure. Nice personality and a sense of humor. Definitely considering Stepping up from my HRV to more luxury.
