Was not informed of costs associated with repairs, was not given option to decline. Ralph Lombardo the manager of this location was not empathetic, offered no solutions but to pay up or leave without my vehicle. Bad business, bad customer service.

RecommendedI took my 2016 Range Rover Evoque in for a used car inspection as I bought it from a dealership that typically doesn’t deal with Range Rovers. The service department at Range Rover Solon was fantastic! Darby kept me informed of everything that was going on, what they needed to do, what they didn’t need to do, etc. The valet service was great as I live close to an hour away and having my car delivered right to my house was such a huge help! Worst experience with one of the sales lady last year who never even made an attempt to call me back after my visit to trade in my Mercedes Cl500 for a Ranger Rover. Ended up going to another dealership and bought another Mercedes truck. Their service was to notch. Take notes
