TERRIBLE!!! The vehicle was buried in the repair area. We took it out for a test drive and had to return immediately because of mechanical issues. The sales person was supposed to contact me when the issue had been resolved. As of today I have not heard from San Francisco Land Rover.

Dealership never called back to give me info about the car. I had to drive up there and they are not good about keeping their word. We made a deposit on the car they said it would be easily refunded if we changed our mind, which they still have not taken care of even though I have called multiple times so now I have to drive an hour there and an hour back home to get my refund. They are the worst. Don't deal with them. Their used car manager will lie to you. After the sale they don't know you. I bought 2023 BMW 45e Hybrid. They promised to give me the electric charger that came with it. So after 2 months of run around they sent me an old charger with the socket side replace with an inferior type. I had it tested and the electrician said I wonât use it. The power it emits is erratic. Probably the reason the socket was replaced. Now they promised me again a new one. Trying to sell an automobile that was recently in an accident. Not good
Even though their outdated email said they were out enjoying thanksgiving with their families, they texted the next day and set up an appointment for me to go see the car. I drove an hour there only to be told the car was not on the lot. When I insisted the person had confirmed the car was still available, the salesman said he thought it was weird too, but had looked for it and didn’t find it. One of the worst customer experience interactions I have ever had. The sales representative screamed at me over the phone and was extremely unprofessional. When I was on my way to the dealership to hopefully buy the car they raised the price by 6k and then lied and told me they said they might raise it. The entire experience was insane.
