It took over a week of going back and forth to find out the color of the car and then they gave the incorrect color vs the photo and when I questioned it I never heard back.
Fast, efficient, reasonable, 4 out of 5 star. The one point deduction is for toad construction around the neighbourhood, lack of guest parking space and no easy access to freeway, not good for test drive.
They never contacted me for over a week even thought the email said we will contact you shortly. If a company never calls you back or contacts you it is not a good sign.
My initial visit was a terrible experience. The I think GM was very rude and not open to negotiating an agreed sales price. I told him he was very rude, and he immediately told me I was rude thus I left the premises. On my second visit Enzo a sales manager was very polite and professional and we struck a deal because he was open minded and flexible. Enzo should be the GM.
fast reply, great follow up. Flew out to SF from LA and drove back home, was an incredible experience and my wife and I will never forget it. Car was just as described and completely flawless.
Dealership provided me an awesome on line experience without the overly aggressive sales pressure the automobile industry is notorious for. Bravo!
