I went here to get my second piercing with the owner. That experience was great. However, I went back to buy some hoops for my secondary piercing. First I waited 15 minutes to be helped, and the first individual who helped me was kind and apologetic for the time it was taking. I inquired about hoops, not knowing the exact size but could and would have easily pointed it out had I been given the opportunity. Had the ball of my angel fang fall off because I didn’t remember to tighten them after eating and so the next day went to see Sandi and she was immediately compassionate and understanding and even let me sit in the lobby until they opened outside from the cold.

I got my ears repierced today. She tried to save me money by trying to just get earrings in. But we decided to just re pierce as my holes had grown shut. She also pierced my 13 yr olds ears. . Very professional. Very kind. Very clean environment. Very satisified
