Dr. Jaffe was recommended to us by a leading physician in the DFW area. Ironically, I visited a well-known dermatologist and I happened to mention Mark Jaffe's name and my dermatologist said that he was one of the finest Oculoplastic surgery doctors in Dallas. Boy, was he right. He was very professional, friendly,("call me Mark") and my surgery was very well-performed with an excellent suture line. I strongly DO NOT recommend Dr. Jaffe. Terrible office Manager. Was a former patient of Dr. Jaffe. The in office experience changed dramatically since the last time I saw him. Office manager, Paige. was the most rude, lying and argumentative person I have met in a medical office. She actually lied to the patient about not having medical records. Terrible insurance woman in front office. Doesn’t understand how it works. They continue to say they will be glad to show me my benefits. They answered my review with incorrect information. I have two insurances, but they called each separately and received wrong information. I have done insurance for years. She needs to find a new job and the doctor needs to wise up.

Dr. Jaffe is a very patient friendly doctor as well as his staff. I had an issue with my first eyelid lift and when I went back he immediately said he would fix the issue. I was very pleased with the outcome of my eyelid lift and skin removal. I would highly recommend Dr. Jaffe !

My first experience with the office was my initial phone call for a consultation. I met the staff on a Tuesday, was so impressed, that I scheduled my eye lid surgery the next day. It's been 4 weeks since my surgery and I've never looked better. I can see! Everyone compliments my eyes, because now they can tell what color they are. The staff and Dr. Jaffe are not only extremely professional, but amazingly kind and caring. They understood my needs and far exceeded them.

Had cosmetic eyelid surgery Feb 1 and everything went great. Very happy with the results. Dr. Jaffe has years of experience working on just eyelids which was a huge factor in my choosing him. Also his consultation fee was quite reasonable considering other doctors I looked into had outrageous fees. I wanted to go to an eye surgeon, not a plastic surgeon, and I was lucky to have found Dr. Jaffe.

Dr. Jaffe took great care of me. He and his surgical nurse provided me clarity and comfort throughout the process. I'm in great health at 6-feet tall and a 33" waist. But after 62 birthdays my eyelids made my peripheral vision border-line and caused my countenance to appear a bit tired. Dr. Jaffe prescribed a remedy and regime for recovery. I followed his instructions and am much the better for it. I highly recommend Dr. Jaffe.
