I ordered 4 Riley skirts for college! They were awful! You could see everything even with an extra slip underneath. I want a refund! All they say is I get a store credit! And I have to pay to ship it back! Terrible business!
Ordered denim overalls in April. Waited until June 9th when they said they would be mailed out. Did not happen. Called to get refund.. no answer. Emailed multiple times ..no answer...left message business site...no answer. Finally got help and then they responded. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Very nice clothes but your lucky if you get them in or at all.
I've been a customer with Jade Mackenzie for several years (probably four or five). They've always provided great customer service and excellent quality clothing. I recommend this company.
Ordered denim dress overalls back in July, it is now almost December and still haven’t received them. I have emailed, posted on facebook and no one truly helps me or tells me when my package is coming in. I will never order from them again!
