Poor business practices Order placed 11/24 asked for refund 12/ 9 - as of today 1/6/2024 no order and no refund.
I am SO disappointed in this company. I ordered something on October 20th. Their website said I should receive shipping notice in 7 - 10 days after placing order. I STILL haven't received it or a shipping notice! I have a tracking number for something that supposedly was being shipped on November 29th. Today is December 8. I will NEVER order

Worst experience...ordered a jean skirt feb 7th 2023, never heard anything, end of Feb I emailed and they said they was on back order, not even sure if they could get them..so I ask for a refund....it is March 31 2023 and still emailing them to get my money, they say they have sent it, my bank says other wise....please beware
Should be 0 stars. Bad customer service and they are absolutely horrible to customers. So rude. This woman is making millions stealing from us. She needs to be shut down.
This company is a fraud! Do not try to work with them or purchase from them. I wish I read reviews before agreeing to work there as a seamstress, I never get paid for my last two weeks of working with her since Jan 2021! She blocked me off her phone, and up until now, she refused to pay. I’ve never experienced this before, customers will call and complain about order, employees will work and not get paid. It’s just ridiculous.
I love their products but they do not ship on timely manner, I am waiting since Feb17 until now they didnt ship it. Keep communicating, sometimes the owner will reply. Today I found out it didnt ship yet, I had to cancel and call my bank to dispute cancelled purchase.
I ordered two skirts and a top in December of last year. It is now the end of April no order received. Do not buy from this company they are dishonest and I pray they get investigate and give everyone back their money. I have been trying to get a refund, when you call they tell you to email When you email they send one back asking how you would like to receive your refund. You tell them no response. Lord have Mercy on this so called Christian company!
Stay away!!! Online orders are literally the worst experience a company could provide.
