My first time ordering from this company was last summer. Delivery took months with multiple messages sent via facebook, email and their website. I was told the order was shipped, then told the post office was closed for days and then told they were preparing to ship the package. So many lies. If something unforeseen happens or an item is out of stock own it! Don't lie. I will never purchase from this company again and have warned family and friends to avoid it as well.

The worst experience ever! I ordered back in December 5th. I was told they were backed up. I requested a refund! Contacted the owner! Send numerous emails. Needless to say It is now Almost the end of April no refund. Now they say they will send me a check . This company is awful they have a customer service phone line that no one answers, the boss doesn’t resolve anything! This was my first time ordering from them and definitely will be my last! I ordered November 9 and still haven't received my dress. I email and keep getting told "next week". I was told March 6 that it would be shipped on March 9. Now they said today (March 19) that they are closed until March 30 because of Covid-19. Just another excuse.... Run as far away from them as you can get. They are quick to take your money and they send NOTHING in return but excuses.

I wish I could give zero stars. I waited two months for an order I was guaranteed I would recieve before Christmas. I have since requested a refund. I had great difficulty getting a response about the refund until I posted publicly on Facebook. I was then told my money had been refunded. So far, it is not in my account....we shall see. I would give them 0 stars if possible. My wife ordered Tiffany denim overalls on November the 11th 2019 and they were not on back order then, but then when my wife inquired on 11-28-19 they were getting shipped from the supplier supposedly. My wife responded again on December the 9th and was told they would be there by Christmas, it is now 02-24-2020 and after repeated lies about them shipping my wife asked for a refund on 2-3-20, still no Refund. I wouldn't order from Jade McKenzie ever again....buyers beware

Do not buy from this company. I have two orders that I have not received. It has been almost 3 months and I have sent email after email requesting a refund and there is always an excuse of either why your item hasn’t shipped, it will ship in a few weeks, but when you ask refund they say they can’t because the order is in shipping process. This company claims to be a Christian Company selling modest clothing and basically they take your money and that’s it. If I could give this place negative stars I would!! I placed my order in Nov 2019 for ONE item!! It’s now Jan 2020 and it is just NOW shipping!! Not only that but their customer service is rude and HORRIBLE!! I will NEVER order from here again!!

December 2019: DO NOT ORDER from Jade Mackenzie! I wish that I had done the research prior to ordering, but I figured this particular company would perform on a professional level. It has not. Nov 19th: I paid for My Order #3566 for in-stock items. Nov 20th: Customer Care emails stating that the product was being freighted to JM. Nov 30th: I email JM asking my expected delivery date as my order does not indicate a tracking number. Not worth 1 star. Horrible experience. I placed an order on Aug 8 for $64 and paid in full and never got any merchandise. I've been talked to disrespectful and put off every week. The owner called me and personally apologized and promised to resolve the issue with my order, never happened. Now they are claiming I was refunded and pretty much told me I'm a horrible person in an email, because I demanded my money back, and its Sept 24. My bank is filing a fraud dispute in the morning.
