Like many others I ordered back in Nov 2019. I ordered 10 skirts and I have never recieved them! I was told many excuses, I was actually lied to as well. The customer care was so rude, once I pressed them for my refund! To this day they have my hard earned money, and I do not have my skirts, not even an apology. Do Not Order from this company ever this could be you!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order and a little over a week later checked the status and it said it was still processing. I emailed to see what was going on with the order and was told as stated on their website they have 15 business days to ship. 19 days come and go and I email again and ask for a refund. I was told they plan to have them out by the end of the week so I emailed again asking for a refund because they weren’t shipped out by end of the week. If I could give zero stars I would. I don’t even know where to begin when it comes to this company. Whoever handles customer service is a narcissistic psychopath. There is no other way to describe someone who treats their customers this way!! Thieves. And they have the nerve to call their customers sad and in Christian!!! Order from November 2019 still not refunded. I too received the same tone of email today. All of my inquiries are now met with a demeaning response, or no response. I am disguisted that they market to a modest, faithful community and then steal from them!!! I encourage everyone who is encountering this problem to pursue the matter with formal complaints to the BBB, FTC, Texas Attorney General, Prosecuter,'s office, state and federal oversight agencies. My first order to JM was on February 20, 2020. To date I have not received the merchandise or a refund. I emailed them 10 times about it with little response. Today I got an email from them saying they will not deal with my issue until I send another email that is respectful and that they refuse to be treated this way, etc. WOW! I have ordered from them for about 4+ years and never had a problem. Got all my shipments on time and everything. Still have every piece if clothing I have ordered. Loved how their clothing was made well. But now I am not so sure. I had the most unpleasant encounter with a rep over messenger at 1240 in the morning! Thieves! They will stick it to you, If they don't want you to get something. Especially if you won some of their clothes.. Don't trust you'll be sorry!

Please use caution. This lady LISA will take your money and you may get your clothes or you may not. It takes months to get shipments sometimes and you have to beg and beg to get a refund. It is disgusteing the way JM does business.
