Jacques Edelin did an excellent job selling my SE DC Condominium. I responded to a cold call from his office, who I advised I was planning to sell, but not right now. They encouraged me to accept a call from Jacques to discuss my options. Jacques was courteous, informed, and ready to help. He quietly placed my unit on the market without placing a sign in the window, and brought me several offers. He kept me informed during the entire process, and has remained in contact after the sale.
We really enjoyed working with Jacques- he is patient and knowledgeable and walked us through our third buying/selling transaction. We highly recommend working with him!
