I can't begin to describe how disappointed I am in this firm. They expect clients to deal with obscene wait times and charges. When I pointed out things that were incorrect in my settlement they acted like I should just deal with it. I had to go to the dept of insurance myself and got myself thousands more that they were willing to bother with. They are very bad with communication you won’t know what’s going on they never pick the phone up or return calls in a timely manner they disregard things you need to be clear about this have not been a good experience so far and I would recommend working with a different company that keeps in touch with their clients
