I can't begin to describe how disappointed I am in this firm. They expect clients to deal with obscene wait times and charges. When I pointed out things that were incorrect in my settlement they acted like I should just deal with it. I had to go to the dept of insurance myself and got myself thousands more that they were willing to bother with.
