Bad service
Terrible experience don't move here.
The property manager (not the landlord and doesn't own this property, contrary to what she tells everybody) is constantly in the tenants' personal lives, trying to manage them instead of the property, and is mainly the problem when people move there. She told me that I visited my sickly grandchildren too often and needed to limit my visitation because there weren't enough parking spaces to accommodate her made up parking rules, yet said that one parking spot needed to stay empty to be fair to the next-door tenants.
