We receive four new windows and had a very good experience from the salesman to the installer. Right before windows came in my husband fell and fractured two disc in his neck. The installer went above their job and help me with both the removal and putting the blinds and curtains back on. It took several months for windows to come in and received updates on status of windows

We love our new sunroom addition!! The Jacob's team was very responsive to any issues that occurred during the construction process. And willing to go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with their work. As with any construction project the process may take a lot longer than anticipated, but the finished product is gorgeous.

Met with salesman and he measured opening for a new sliding glass door. Then sent out a technician for a second measurement to verify. When the installers arrived and removed the old door and positioned the new door I was terribly surprised of how much of a gap there was around the entire new door and opening. (at least 3/4 on an inch on the sides and an inch or more on the top) After the installers added the extra vinyl fill strips inside and out and chalked everywhere, the new door looked good. Would not recommend this company unless you do not care to know what or when the work will begin. Communication was poor: no phone call, no email, nor text message to inform us of delays or other issues. Then they billed the finance company before the work was completed- the office staff obviously did not know it was not done. They also added in the final cash payment that was due on completion. This cost us an "over-the-limit" fee. They did correct this issue, but not before damaging our credit rating. We love our screen ro... read more
