I would like to thank *** and ***** for the fantastic job of installing our walk-in tub. Even though *** had to endure our two yappy dogs, and our crawl space opening. He is very professional and friendly and does fantastic work. Very prompt and we're not sure he even took breaks. He takes pride in his job as the house is as clean as if there was no construction being done when he was finished. I would refer Jacob Sunrooms, ********************************************* to everyone and for every service they do

Our experience with Jacobs Bath was a good one. *****, the sales rep who came to explain the process and give us the bid, was knowledgeable and friendly. We had a few concerns about the wording of the contract and ***** saw to it that the wording was changed to our satisfaction. There was also a misunderstanding in regard to a discount, but that was addressed as well. We recently had 15 windows replaced. From sales to installation, our experience was excellent. Any questions that I had were addressed immediately or routed to an employee that promptly returned my call. Our installers were professional, friendly, and left no trace of the mess that comes with replacements in old houses. Highly recommend.

We signed a contract with Jacobs Sunroom/Exteriors on 9/09/2021. Supposed to install siding with new siding on our house. As of May 2022, we have called 5 rimes and got the run around on when they will be installing the new siding. As of 5/06/2022 they promised to give us an instillation date, same as 4 other times when we called. Too bad I can't give them a ZERO star.

We had 6 windows replaced and we are very pleased with the quality of service we received from Jacob Exterior throughout the entire process. The salesman was very friendly addressing our concerns and the office staff kept us informed of the progress of the window manufacturer and when to expect installation. ***** and the other installer were friendly and did a very proficient job installing the windows. I would recommend Jacob Sunroom-Exterior-Baths to others needing their services.
