Our experience with Jacobs Bath was a good one. *****, the sales rep who came to explain the process and give us the bid, was knowledgeable and friendly. We had a few concerns about the wording of the contract and ***** saw to it that the wording was changed to our satisfaction. There was also a misunderstanding in regard to a discount, but that was addressed as well. We recently had 15 windows replaced. From sales to installation, our experience was excellent. Any questions that I had were addressed immediately or routed to an employee that promptly returned my call. Our installers were professional, friendly, and left no trace of the mess that comes with replacements in old houses. Highly recommend.

We signed a contract with Jacobs Sunroom/Exteriors on 9/09/2021. Supposed to install siding with new siding on our house. As of May 2022, we have called 5 rimes and got the run around on when they will be installing the new siding. As of 5/06/2022 they promised to give us an instillation date, same as 4 other times when we called. Too bad I can't give them a ZERO star.

We had 6 windows replaced and we are very pleased with the quality of service we received from Jacob Exterior throughout the entire process. The salesman was very friendly addressing our concerns and the office staff kept us informed of the progress of the window manufacturer and when to expect installation. ***** and the other installer were friendly and did a very proficient job installing the windows. I would recommend Jacob Sunroom-Exterior-Baths to others needing their services.

Stay away from them, especially if your job below $5,000. They will walk over you doing more expensive orders and left your behind. They had my sliding patio door for 3 weeks in the storage, and no one bothered to call and schedule installation, because they have ONLY one door/glass door/patio door installer. They were trying to agree on someone with no experience to install such, but a window installer. I told they I do not want their business not now and never. I hired Jacob Sunroom & Exteriors to install a new roof and vents on my house. The new roof leaked for 50 days before it was discovered. They fixed their mistake but, I’m not confident that it won’t leak again… Because of the leak I decided to double check their installation of the vents and found that they cut a small square hole for around vent. Very poor craftsmanship in my opinion. I DO NOT recommend this company.
JACOB installed our walk in shower and we love it. Great company to work with. Very pleased with our new shower.
