I had to replace an octagonal window in my bathroom because the wood trim was rotting out. I was interested in replacing all my windows but couldn't do them all at once. The team who installed my windows (*****, ****, and *****) came out and did the first three a few weeks ago, and then the remaining seven windows this week. The windows all look so good and I appreciate their attention to the trim work, showing me how to use my windows, and answering all of my questions. *** from Jacob Baths came on Monday to do a bathtub to shower replacement and vanity replacement for us. He finished a great job on Tuesday morning. The new vanity faucet developed a problem and ***** came on Wednesday and fixed it in an hour. We are VERY pleased with Jacob's quality of work and materials and especially with their people, **** and ***** and *** and *****.
I am so pleased with my shower install. *** did an amazing job. He was so nice and caring. My new shower is beautiful. I highly recommend Jacobs.

Ive used them for 2 projects now, a deck in 2020 and most recently a bathroom remodel. Communication was great. Everything was clearly explained, cost, timeline, everything. No pressure or up-selling. My installer *** was wonderful. He handled a few ************** like a pro and I felt totally comfortable having him in my home. Replacing a tub with a walk in shower, new vanity, faucet and light fixture took less than 2 days. There was no mess left behind and my new shower is gorgeous!

The Jacob team came to me to discuss the alternatives and prepare for the installation. This was great for me, since I do not get around that easily. They were kind, courteous and very helpful.The installation went very well. The installer did an excellent job installing my new walk-in shower. I was kept up to date all along the way from the cutting of materials to install dates and times. The ************************ was on time, drop clothes on the stairs and hallway. Everything cleaned up. Asked for input on shelf placement and instructed on how to keep the enclosure clean. Finished quicker than I expected. Perfect caulk lines!
