TLDR: 1. Was I satisfied with the windows and their installation? Yes.2. Would I hire Jacob to replace the rest of my homes windows? Absolutely not. On 9/5/24, I signed a contract with ****** Windows by Jacob Family Enterprisesto replace 11 windows in my home. I was told by the saleswoman that I could expect installation 8 to 10 weeks later, which would mean around 10/31 to 11/14. We highly recommend Jacob Sunrooms, Exteriors and Baths. An awesome team from ******, ***** and installers **** and ****. If I could give them 10 stars I would definitely do that. We had a ***** slider door installed at a house we sold few years back. So naturally at our current home we only wanted them to install another ***** slider door. Outstanding customer service. **** was very knowledgeable of what would be the best way to install my shower it being not a standard size. *** the installer was very knowledgeable the installing the shower. He kept a clean work area in the 2day install. They both answered any questions or concerns I had. Definitely a team of experts! Will recommend them to any one. Also **** in the office kept me appraise of appoints to come and measure and install. What a team! Thank for the new shower.

The staff at Jacob were very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable! Our remodeled bathroom looks beautiful! They arrived on time, stayed late, and were able to come back and complete the job after we had an unexpected delay. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future!
