Jacobs is the epitome of how a business is run. From exceptional sales appraisal to staying in contact with updates to installation times to actual installation. All of Jacobs representatives are professional and willing to do whatever it takes to have a great outcome of their product. In my case it was a walk-in shower install. I am beyond pleased and would rate them a 5++ if available

I had to replace an octagonal window in my bathroom because the wood trim was rotting out. I was interested in replacing all my windows but couldn't do them all at once. The team who installed my windows (*****, ****, and *****) came out and did the first three a few weeks ago, and then the remaining seven windows this week. The windows all look so good and I appreciate their attention to the trim work, showing me how to use my windows, and answering all of my questions.
