My husband and I worked with Linda Fetterhoff to buy our first home. Linda was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I experienced Jeff Platko as a buyer on one of his listings. After my inspection turned up extensive termite damage that wasn’t in the sellers disclosure, I backed out of the sale. When we asked why he didn’t include that, he claimed he never went into the basement. I was shocked by how unprofessional he acted afterward. Insisting my realtor convince me to buy it anyway. We were recommended by a good friend to Jake. Love the teamwork between Jake and Deb. Deb was awesome at checking in, and both did a fantastic job getting us our perfect home. Would recommend JH to anyone looking in Ada/East GR area as they both know it so well! So happy with our experience.
