I have been searching for a particular bit and found it online at Jackson’s. I called the store to ask about shipping,as I am in Florida. The woman who answered was so helpful and pulled the item so it could be shipped first thing in the morning. I received the bit 2 days later. I will definitely check back for any future items I may need!

My first visit to the store and you could not ask for more. Very knowledgeable staff and they made my visit very enjoyable. Fixed a pair of boots I thought were not wearable and had all the items I needed to protect my boots against the elements. Thank you and I will be back. PS - I have never seen such a huge assortment of boots !!
