Boy there is a serious lack of customer service at this store! Three days before Christmas and I walked by three employees was never greeted and assisted myself for 15 minutes looking at saddles! There’s not even people around to ask for help very disappointed every time I come in same story

I highly recommend Jackson’s. I had a problem with an online order I placed on Sunday and I received an email response the same day and the confusion was cleared up by Monday. I picked my boots up Monday and was very happy with my purchase. The store was huge. Definitely lots of choices for boots plus other clothing and accessories. I will be purchasing from Jackson’s again!
