RecommendedKendra was extremely helpful and took the time to make sure I was comfortable in how my boots fit. I walked into Jackson's thinking I knew EXACTLY what I wanted (snip toe boots) only to realize my mind would change! Kendra helped me discover the comfort and fit of square toe boots! I appreciated Kendra's help and patience with me during my visit. I will return to Jackson's for all my future boot needs!
Kendra was super helpful tonite while i was boot shopping. Very knowledgeable, took the time another store didnt to make sure they fit properly, set me up with some great inserts and made the whole experience top notch. Hats off and boots on :-)
They have an excellent selection of boots and shoes. They are always welcoming and very helpful when it comes to finding what you need.
The staff is awesome . Mike handled my order on the phone because I couldn’t make it in. Picked up boots for husband and it was exactly what I wanted. Worth the 70 mile trip
