The service this morning was terrible. My wife and I came in as usual on Saturday morning looking forward to a great breakfast at Jacksons. Most if not all empty tables had dirty dishes on them. Our table was covered. The waitresses on duty walked by us several times for the first 12 minutes of our arrival before acknowledging and cleaning. Waited another 35 minutes for our order which was wrong. (Had to ask waitress to please check on order.) when we informed her the order was incorrect she wanted to argue. Jackson's is some of the best eating around. If you're looking for authentic, down home, Southern cooking, Jackson's in Richmond is it. Out of 5 stars, I'd give it a 7!
Fantastic, the only thing I like better than good food is more good food and Jackson's delivers.
I ate here for the first time last Saturday and I loved it, I will be back. If you love home cooking you will love Jackson's. My only problem was deciding what I wanted! Excellent friendly service and very reasonable prices with large portions! I can't wait to go back!

Eat there a lot and the food is awesome and restaurant staff is friendly, and restaraunt is clean and it has a down home country feel. I reccomend it to everyone!
Been to Jackson's quite a few times since my first time back in th Fall. Never disappoints. Last night my (almost entire--save a few,) family visited--almost 40 people in our party. Service was outstanding and food was fresh, hot and delicious! Everyone was impressed by the flavors, the friendliness of the employees, the huge servings and how inexpensive the food was. Thanks Jackson's for a great evening out with family, from the entire Turner Clan from London, KY!!!
