Never disappointed when I go. The food is the best country cooking! They have the best pork chops. The customer service is the best in town, and the owner is the best-he'll come out and ask how everything is, sit and talk with you... You are instantly family when you eat at this restaurant. So warm and welcoming with GREAT prices and generous portions!

Hands down the best "Country" cooking that I have ever had outside of my granny's kitchen. The portions, Flavor, and attention to customer satisfaction are enormous, while the prices of their food remain very small by comparison. I saw that they were rated 2nd best under Cracker Barrel for best Country Cooking in Richmond. This is a complete and total injustice. I challenge you to recognize the difference yourself. This restaurant is amazing! Not only was the food delicious but the service was extraordinary! I graduated from EKU yesterday and they went above and beyond to make it special! I will definitely be going back and telling all my richmond friends about Jackson's!
