Best lamb fries ever/ Thursday is the day... plus great real mashed potatoes, gravy, and a fried pork chop as a side lol
The staff at Jackson's are all very friendly. They make me feel like family. The food and the Prices are very good. Sean Jackson is the owner and he is very good at managing. I visit from Western Michigan and I make sure I come here often when I am down here. If I am in Ky. Jackson's restaurant knows it.

Just had a simply, DELICIOUS, home-cooked lunch @ Jackson's Restaurant here in Richmond, KY!! As "outsiders", we stopped in only on an internet recommendation and was as impressed as suggested! Friendly, service from LISA, in particular, and an awesome lunch buffet! Grrrreat taste and nice selection! Definitely gonna be a referral to those back home!!
