I went to Jackson today and they got me a car quick and easy. They had such wonderful service, they were polite and very courteous. I have to thank Trevor Buck or I would have stuck with a crappy van but he helped me figure things out. The Gentleman who had gotten me taken care of was super nice always making sure my family and I were taken care of, so thank you Jacksons of Enid!!
I have bought my last three cars from Jackson’s. They know who their loyal customers are and treat them like family. I can bring my car in with a minor issue and they never nickel and dime me on service charges. The only thing I ever hear is “we’ll take care of it Mr. Robinson”. And they do. Jacksons has been a staple in Enid for so long and there's s reason for that. When you go to Jackson's you are treated like family. needs are met and you are always treated with respect. one salesman in particular stood out to me. his name is Tyler Prock. He helped my grandmother and I out a few times and left us very satisfied with our visit. she even remembered his name, and if my grandmother remembers your name.. you're doin something right.
I haven’t bought my car yet but Tyler Prock was very kind and not pushy at all. He listened to what I said and he took everything into consideration. When I do buy it will be from him!
