I spent well over $600 for almost half a year of service for nothing to ever get done. I took my 2012 jeep here and anytime I left I would always have another problem. The mechanics are awful and do not know what they are doing. My jeep was in the shop almost every other week and they continued to charge me even after it was their mechanics who couldn't fix it in the first place! Management also got involved and i requested a new mechanic. they claimed they fixed the problems, but yet again 1 week later another problem occur... read more
They literally made my first car buying experience awful and thank god I had a friend step in take me to Stevens ford it was the worst mistake I ever made going to Jackson’s and I’ll never go back.
